Ok. I found some smaller issues, but they should nit case that kind of error. (Infinity loading at the end is mostly Kopernicus related)

Remove Spectra, you have avp.
Also you have bdb so Fasa, Kw rocketry and novapunch aren't really needed

Interstellar extended breaks a bunch of mods. Like some fuel switches of cryoengines and Systemheat itself

Tweakscale should bot stop the game from loading but gives a bunch of warning and errors in your log

its how the mods work

I have the 8k textures installed

Ckan force you to choose a avp resolution

thats normal, but you will most likely get big visual bugs at the stock planets
