I have my tracking station on lvl 1 and i can't see them
but periapsis is around 220 k meters i think

Then you would need to do a rescue mission. But for that you need a Tracking Station, Astronaut Complete (and mission control iirc) level 2.
But i really recommend to switch to science mode. It a lot better for new player. Because the stock contract order is not really good

alright depending on the version i think there is an exploit where you can "refuel" the EVA pack of a Kerbal by having them get into a command pod, so just do long periods of pushing the craft using said EVA pack at apoapsis interrupted by getting back into the capsule, do this until your periapsis is 30 to 46km in order to aerobrake into a smaller orbit, from which point you can reenter
