Autostrut not working for Tiltwing VTOL (Console)

So I've been trying to make a tiltwing VTOL but for some reason, the hinge is always floppy, and I've desperately tried every solution to fix it. Removing weight from the wings, and adding actual struts, but nothing works. Is there an actual way to fix this or am I not able to work it my way?

Best you can do is reduce as much mass as you can on the robotic part and mount it to the fuselage and translate it to where it should be

Servos tend to be less floppy than hinges, although they are more prone to unwanted rotation. Provided the wing is mounted fairly central, they should be fine. If they don't work, use the largest Alligator Hinge as it's by far the strongest. If you don't have room, use the G-11s and just clip them into the main body of the plane (they will easily fit in a Mk1-size (1.25m) fuselage).
