I've been having problems where my target markers aren't showing up for other vessels, I also can't get navball guidance for places on kerbin.
I'm not entirely certain whether I've disabled it by accident or whether I've got a mod interfering with it?

If F4 isn't working, I would test removing all your mods to see if that brings it back.
