So, didn’t use the Kerbal Tutorials, cause I just prefer to learn hands on, but in campaign mode, because of my rockets lack of electronic charge, I usually note all my science down so I can collect it after I recover it instead of transferring information mid flight, is this a good thing? I got a ton of science from it but idk if it’s the most efficient

yes, it's better to bring it back. When collecting, it actually shows you how much will be lost if you choose direct transfer

By far keeping it and recovering it is the best way to get the most science while keeping it raw

But crew reports don't lose any science if I remember correctly
