Still, the hardware requirements for KSP2 is just insane.
Especially considering that it costs $50.
57$ for me, they increased it in my country
Why are you so sure its only my pc? It usually never bluescreenes and the only thing i was using was ksp2. I was getting weird ksp2 errors right before it bluescreened. I'd say it's ksp2 having written smth in bad quality
I never said requirements for KSP is good, but it has nothing to do with bluescreen
If ur computer rly cant handle KSP2, it could run out of resources and crash.
KSP alone can not incur bluescreens which is a kernel error induced by the kernel itself or hardware failure. So there's something wrong with ur system. The game is certainly in disastrous quality so that something in low level part of game engine can fail. but when it fails, your OS or HW must be in bad condition in order to have BSOD. basically it's the game AND ur system's fault.
stressing out HW won't cause BSOD either. Simply having low spec never causes BSOD.
if then, everyone would have crying about BSOD
I think its s combination of lower than reccomended specs and a possible error in the game, it could be something like a memory leak.
memory leaks doesn't happens. bc it's made of Unity, they have own Garbage collection
Can’t read the language too well but caught the memory. Run a mem test to check your ram. Also, drivers are a good reason for the bsod as well. My pc did it a lot until I removed and installed new drivers for my Nvidia
update ur windows since the error code is caused by the device drivers being not compatible with windows
basically means its outdated
What are your pc specs?, hard to diagnoses based on just this info.
Let me try and recreate it, if i cant recreate it, it probably was just a huge coincidence and ill delete the thread
I would look into your storage that might be a sign it is failing. looks like it in read only mode(maybe just one sector), which generally is bad. Had a nearly brand new m.2 bricked after it entered read-only mode. Definitely recommend running a test on in it and backup anything important you might be storing.
