I'm using this line of argument, as it IS valid. The Early Access is to show the state of the game currently, Early Access. I believe the main issue is the lack of understanding of what to expect with Early Access. Yes, the game is bad. And yes, they absolutely could have polished things more. But, a wide case set of different hardware and play styles help ensure almost every thing that can go wrong will, and they can be properly fixed. I still standby that if they have an issue with the current state of the game, refund it and wait.

The devs were far too ambitious for what they could actually accomplish in the time given and the game is nearly unplayable in it's current state and definitely not enjoyable in it's current state. It should not have launched like this. It would have been much better accepted if the game was running on most systems, and the game had at least some level of polish.
