ISP is the efficency of a engine. it gets higher with less pressuer. The dv readout is in default in surface dv with 1 atm ressuer. click on the delta V symbol in your vab toolbar to set it to vacuum

That is one way. But you can dont need the dv for landing on duna and kerbin because you break with parachutes
