#SAS makes aircraft wobbly

there were similar quirks in ksp 1. generally, if your plane is aerodynamically stable you won't have issues with SAS
SAS just appears to not work at all right now
Flappy bird syndrome, it was an issue that existed in KSP 1, but was patched
This is a naughty comment
For rockets, at least for me, works fine. It's the aircraft. As soon as they go supersonic, the sas dies
i have issues with the SAS jittering all the time
and flipping my craft uncontrollably in orbit
it wasn't really patched patched because you can't completely eliminate it; the sas wobble happens when the period of oscillation matches some multiple of the time per frame, what i think ksp 1 did was turn sas off when it detected the oscillation and returned the craft to an average orientation, which is moreso a bandage than a fix
the workaround was always to build a plane that was aerodynamically stable so that you can fly it without sas or sas doesn't freak out as often
I created a plane in KSP 2 that was aerodynamically stable, and it would fly perfectly fine without SAS.
I also did the same thing in KSP 1, and could use it with SAS or not and had no issues.
I think its due to SAS taking control of the control surfaces?
