The Support on Discord is probably faster but doesnt have a defined Problem solving Process.
It is all dependent on others may or may not found similar Issues and maby or maby not a solution for it.

I have never in my entire life ever got anything that could even resemble the word “support” from a video game company when using their official support channels. Maybe I am just jaded but I’ll believe it when/if I hear stories from people of it actually being helpful.

The whole experience is game breaking issues. Besides, this absolutely is a faster way to get support. I have had responses within minutes on every "help" post I have made.
