@mint light At the moment all configuration must be done through the dashboard. If you go to Invoicing, there is a link to Settings at the top, but you can also go directly to Settings, and then under Products, choose invoicing. Logo is at the top of our settings page. There are also 3 templates to choose from slightly below that (logo either left, center, or right).

Could it be that developer role does not have access to these settings? when i went there it just redirected me to profiles

Ah, not all settings are live/test mode specific
they should also work in test mode though, so if it's the case that it works in live mode for you but not test mode, I'll look into that

Whenever I upload a logo (test mode) that should be there on the invoice it doesnt seem to save?
Could this be related to the fact that they just created a new organisation in Mollie and they havent completed the whole introduction for the new organisation? e.g. first payment etc.

It's not entirely clear what's happening, so can you answer the following questions?
Does the logo upload not work? Does the logo show on the settings page after uploading?
If the logo does show on the settings page after uploading, does the logo show on newly created invoices?
Turns out I'm an idiot? The logo was gone after refreshing so I assumed it wouldnt even show up on the invoice but it does show up on the invoice. Just not on the settings page after a refresh.
@verbal forum Last question, is it possible to set the invoiceNumber for the generated invoice? when looking through the docs https://docs.mollie.com/reference/create-sales-invoice I can't seem to find any request parameter, but without it our client wont be able to use the feature
Not an idiot! Especially if the settings page doesn't show it. Can you share your org id? Perhaps I can debug it a little.
As for setting the invoice number -- invoice numbering settings are set when live mode is enabled (by clicking 'get started' in the dashboard), including starting number, prefix, and whether the year is included or not. See attached screenshot.
Will share org id tomorrow, need my work laptop and left it at the office. For the invoice number its generated based of a couple of things so not simply linear with a prefix. Is there no way to set their own invoice number?
At the moment, no, this is not possible. The customization in the screenshot is the only possibilities right now.

I'm presuming org_19440317 since there's a logo there on the latest test invoice (yesterday).
This is a bug indeed, and I'll create a ticket on our side to check it out.
