#Customer redirection to confirmed order page

In my company we use the Prestashop e-commerce platform integrated with the Mollie payment provider module.

We're facing a challenge that so far the company that maintains our site hasn't been able to resolve.

When the user selects a payment method, they are directed to the Mollie environment to enter their payment details. When confirming the payment, the user is not being redirected to the confirmed order page and, by landing on a generic page, this is misleading and the customer is making the purchase again.

Has anyone in the group experienced a similar problem and can help me with a solution?

@oak thorn thank you for answer my question. Customers are directed to their personal page with their order history. However, in some cases there is a message that there is no order, which prompts the customer to place a new order. However, the order already exists.

Furthermore, we are unable to track the user's journey until the purchase is completed. I've attached some of my notes with more details of what's been happening.

@hearty thistle which version of the plugin do you have installed? What is the PS version?

@hearty thistle is it possible to update to the latest version which is 6.0.3 and see if it continues

another thing that we normally recommend the merchants if possible, disable all the plugins/addons installed and just leave the Mollie one enabled and try again to see if it behaves the same. Then slowly enable one by one until we are able to see which one could be causing the issue.

@hearty thistle can you also validate one more thing, check if mollie_payments table has mandate_id column.

@oak thorn We have completed the update on the mollie module to v6.0.3 (on staging).
Payments still work fine but it didn’t resolve the issue and we still end up on the "No order ID" page.

As for the other question; There is no “mandate_id” in the mollie table.

Can you invite our developer to this developer community? I believe this way it's easier to try to find a solution to this problem.

@hearty thistle we found the issue and in the next release will include a fix for this. Once I have a beta package I will share it with you.
