Bullet and explosion opacity reset

The bullet and explosion opacity is set to default at the start of a new mission but it does not reset the sliders in the settings
Moving the sliders at all in mission fixes this but it happens every mission

For me a lot of stuff got reset along with screenshake and the boss intro thing, (had to re-watch them despite having seen them prior) not too much of a hassle but eh
