I'm trying to uncover the map, I'm doing the drop zone in the very south, I'm at 2/3rds health, feeling untouchable, and then I just die instantly. The game says I got killed by Grimm. How did I kill myself? This was pretty frustrating, I've been trying to get this stupid drop zone for a while now and I keep getting killed by silly stuff...but this was too silly not to ask about.

The is currently a big where the mines and the purple puddles dropped by the Charrrrger miniboss incorrectly trigger the character’s retaliation abilities against himself. So if you have anything that returns damage when an enemy hits you, then hostile ground effects = death. Devs have confirmed this will be fixed in the next patch.

Man, I never pick up that retaliation grip, the one time I do, it retaliates on me.
