#Dung Beetles a bit overtuned?

Hello, been playing quite a bit and have unlocked all things on the map and have been farming for a while at 20 hours played. The last few unlocks were absolutely painful in the Wraithwood Hollow drop zone, or really the entire bug area in the SW corner of the map. Basically between 3 minutes and 7 minutes the game spawns a relentless amount of them, and you can't exactly dodge them without at least some early movespeed upgrades, they spawn offscreen so you have to dodge the giant version of their projectiles that curve, I'm not sure if this is only because it's starting in a hard mode area? It was incredibly frustrating and just frankly not fun to play at all, it was my least favorite time playing the game and I probably won't ever start in that section of the map because it just feels unfair even with a ton of gene upgrades at rank 6+, it could be a skill issue but I have video footage of the game dropping about 30-50 of them at 4 minutes into the session, accidentally hitting the ball with no armor is immediately 7 damage so dodging 10+ projectiles from offscreen is a bit ridiculous. I grabbed a screenshot of one of the runs where there's 2 at the top, 4 to the west, 1 to the south, and 2 offscreen to the east.

I'm pretty positive they are just replacements of the meatball enemies that shoot cones in the grassy areas, but they are far harder to dodge, my suggestion is either change the spawn timer to when they start hoard spawning or make them unable to be offscreen when casting their projectiles or make it more possible to dodge without movespeed upgrades, dodging 5 of them is okay but dodging 10+ is an ordeal when they keep spawning nonstop

i am in total agreement i think maybe the homing on them is also a problem

they are unbeatable... even with a rocket launcher spamming missiles at all of em doest get rid of em... once u get hit ure slowed aswell which makes it impossible to dodge the others.

we've been monitoring a lot of feedback on Dung Beetles, some significant tweaks are coming in the next hotfix today. CH_IconAnnouncement

Removing the ability for them to spawn any farther than the edge of the screen would be a huge improvement. Getting nailed with a volley of massive homing dung balls moving literally faster than I can dodge is the only thing keeping me from clearing the map.
