basically a shitty handheld taser made from a battery and a wire, it cannot be charged back up or repaired, once it runs out you need to make a new one, this recipe is unlocked by the aggressive engineering perk, it stuns like if you get shocked by a junction box while you dont have enought points to repair it at all.
or for the perk it could be put in the grounded perk

of course some player searching you might be almost a machine and just hover over your stuff seeing the contents in a flash of nano-seconds before you could action, but then it's technically a game of skill-issue mouse

I could see that, a sort of shock grenade? but what about the stungun? and the stun grenade. I guess cheap ammo is nice, but at that point if owning a grenade launcher you should be loaded on mats?
