I don't really know, I had the idea with friends and wanted to share it: A 02 tank that's only equiable in diving suits for combat: Slipsuit, PUCS, etc... it provides small healing and applys vigor and speed.

@cloud pollen The oxygenite tank does half of this. Pretty sure it gives a movement speed.
