you can reload your gun by putting ammo in your hotbar and pressing the right number
...but if you ask me - that too should be removed. Manual reload makes fight more intense
I agree accept the bandolier should be able to do I quick reload since it needs somthing for it
It already increases the DPS of handheld AND submarine weapons, that's plenty
well, at least we have a good mod for this feature, since we are outvoted in wanting it
A reload button makes little sense in Barotrauma, considering its focus on manual inventory interactions. That's part of the game's identity.
But speaking of reloading, a proper reload timer would be nice. Weapon going on a short cooldown whenever ammo is added or replaced.
It'd balance out the current ability to instantly reload by having ammo in your hotbar and would add more depth to the fights.
no, enhanced armaments already did that and it sucks
Gun enhanced does just that and it feels great, some kind of reload timer would be dope
Sounds like it feeling bad was EHA's personal problem then. I do think it works out in Guns Enhanced.

Guns enhanced added full reloading animations which are great and make reloading actually impactful. It also makes the HMG FINALLY balanced with the Assault Rifle, because the HMG has a much longer reload time.
yeah, you know what, you might be right about that being an EHA problem, cause that whole mod is based around very fast time to kill, so when I have a high damaging rifle with a short mag, and then I have to suddenly spend a random, undefined amount of time reloading it, it doesn't go well
That makes a lot of sense.
also, there was no notice they were going to do this, I am just halfway through a campaign with it, and all of a sudden we are like, wait, wtf is this
