The only problem I see is that once someone is yellow or red, people would just ban them even if they did nothing, thus making their score even lower

False positives are rare, usually to be banned you have to be a little bit of an asshole

Like yeah, some servers ban for stupid reasons like "didn't roleplay good enough" but not that many

Maybe a "report player" function would be better

Nobody can convince people to mass reports unless you're actually being a shithead

Or players can set a "don't allow warning players" setting on their servers
