add to the game where we can as a team make a sub together.

i am in a server purely dedicated to the game, and we love the fuck out of it, we talk about the sub, we have made personality's based off the game and we do our sub. but at the moment we are at 80+ members, and we want to make a bigger sub, and our captain is working on it right now, but he is struggling on some parts and would love our help, but we cant all build together, we have to tell him what we want witch makes sub making much longer then desired. so my solution would be add this function. it will also majorly add to the steam workshop but who cares, it will be fun.

Was classed in the "hopes and dreams" section of the official roadmap trello before being erased. It won't happen
