Faction bots turning against you

Make it so that if you hire a bot from, let's say the coalition, and then decide to take the path of the separatists, there's a slight chance that the bot turns against you or resigns. Make the chances higher in relation to the reputation.

Honestly I was always worried this was the default, so I tried not to hire faction orientated crew
