Already been suggested multiple times before, if you check the Trello you can see is a plan for the far future but not something they got in mind yet

wouldn't really blend in with other mechanics of vanilla game. As a far plan - maybe, but I don't think it should be added any soon

you can actually download hungry europans and NEEDS, if you want. They add some cool food and the whole new role
