A late game sub that promises to be a wild ride from start to finish. Perfect to exploring the vast depths of Europa, and bringing democracy to the more *excitable *local inhabitants thanks to the included "Freedom Cannons".

The problems of tomorrow... Today!
(she desperately needs balancing, as currently the cannons, power and engine systems are overpowered whilst item placement is being optimised)

I'm desperate for feedback and especially suggestions on where the best/worst places for blind spots should be, as well general tips and tricks.

I think the front most and backmost guns should be removed

Yes!

#

Its all too easy to shoot out monsters that we should be manoeuvring around.

#

Is adding "double click" for shock coils too much added power for gunners?

pearl skiff
#

Probably

#

The ship looks like it can annihilate literally everything around it at all times

captain has a button at the moment

While having 4 crate storage

calling out for captain to press it does work well, and puts a ton of stress into fights.

but in its current form, larger creatures fall to the rail gun, but you have to move them into position

#

Thanks @pearl skiff - its much appreciated.

It's a pretty neat system to add, and cool for the captain/bridge crew

#

Also, while it is a late game sub might I suggest swapping a few of the large mounts for small ones?

#

If I recall correctly even the most heavily armed vanilla T3 has only 3 large mounts and a couple small ones

#

and that's the Typhon 2, which iirc is also slow as fuck as a trade off

pearl skiff
#

Granted the Typhon 2 isn't that slow - rather the JBs shits themselves to any sudden manuevreinf.

#

Given how heavily armed this sub is - it'd probably make sense that it'd be quite slow.

#

Being able to outgun and outrun seems a bit much. So how about forcing the vessel to always be on the defensive.

The issue is that even at something as slow as 16 km/h at 50 helm stock hull, by the time you get this sub your helm will be affected by bonuses and levelling - so you'd probably be able to outrun things anyways

#

I vote that on your engine you disallow speed upgrades and have it only benefit form talents and helm skill.

three is waht I'm probably going to try next. all around the central bulges
