If the wheelchairs were moveable, y itself isn't much. Howber it would allow modders to make their mods using that chairs code. Could lead a bunch of other things. (Unless they just make it so the chairs are like clothing lol)

Has anyone tried adding chair XML to wearable items?

Not that I know of, but I tired making a mech wearable (like the exosuit) but the arms were messed up. Maybe you'll have better luck
