Product: lb-phone.
Issue: issue with notifications and duty
When: 1 - when Config.BirdyNotifications = true and you will delete Birdy app still get all notifications in phone
2 - when police officer set duty to false, he is still available in services
How to recreate: 1 - set Config.BirdyNotifications = true, delete birdy app, and another ppl will send message, you will get notify anyway.
2 - setjob yourself police job, go to duty off in phone, and you will available in services
Does this happen for everyone: yes

3 - i'm trying to send message into darkent channel for hitman job. I have already created channel and account with number in database and get this. Unsure if it in phone problem, will just leave it here
