Issue: Deleted apps come back after being uninstalled
When: Whenever I log back in or restart the phone, apps that I previously deleted reappear automatically.
How to recreate:

Delete any app from the phone.

Log out or restart the phone.

The deleted app shows up again on the home screen.
Does this happen for everyone?: No, only me (as far as I know).
