So when I recruit someone he gets the job but it doesnt reload the Manage Employees List

Issue: Manage employee list doesn’t refresh
When: When hiring someone either it needs 5 minutes to show on Manage Employees or it doesn’t show at all
How to recreate: Make refresh rate more quick
Does this happen for everyone: Yes
