Black screen during first loadup of Ophelia chase

ISSUE: Black Screen during the first Ophelia chase
LOCATION: Hallway/Chase
TIME: After clicking to enter the door to Ophelia's chase.

When first clicking the door to enter the chase, my screen had turned black. UI was still able to be accessed, and it DID seem like I could move? Ophelia could also occasionally be heard. After a couple of minutes of trying to figure out if this was the puzzle (blind playthrough LOL), it led to the jumpscare when you get caught. Unsure how to recreate this, as it fixed itself after going in a second time!

hello! may you share the build number this happened on? we believe this issue was fixed in our most recent patch so i want to double check

chiming in to say that a very similar thing happened to me. Though in my case I just got stuck on the black screen and ophelia never found me - the graphics on the desktop ui also started getting super distorted, some desktop stuff would also rotate and clip weirdly (not sure if bug or feature). I imagine our situations are likely related, so wanted to add this here rather than do a separate ticket in case it helps the dev team with troubleshooting.

I was playing in borderless mode at the time and didn't download module 1 until the first patch went out. Have not been able to recreate it, but may try to if I have some time this weekend.
