I’m not a stranger to sleep paralysis but the other night, I had fallen asleep. The most vivid nightmare started taking place. I had lost my sister to a serial killer who couldn’t be found or caught. When the police told me I lost my sister the pain and grief overwhelmed me and I ran to my father sobbing. Asking how it could be her time and what I would do without her. When I finally woke up I had still felt the pain and grief and couldn’t move. When I could move again I had to physically make sure I was dreaming. I also made sure my sister was still with us. That was one of the most scary realistic nightmares I’ve had.

# tribal mortar No i havent, do you recommend it

I do. At least I recommend reading about it and what steps to get there...sleep paralysis is one of the beginning ways to start lucid dreaming. Technically u are lucid dreaming during sleep paralysis but u are so freaked out about it u can't do anything. There are ways to get out of that funk and actually be able to control your dreams and turn them into your own little paradise. U should try doing some research. I recommend it!
