Yes im coming to realization that no good deed goes unpunished! Sadly it’s began to make me stop offering my help and that sucks because I was once of the mindset that I wouldn’t let some unappreciative people change me from being a helpful person full of empathy despite being aware the kindness can be mistaken for weakness! Slowly I’ve given into the mindset of if it’s not affecting me or mine tgen I’ll just let it be! Unfortunately family and friends can be even more likely to screw you over! Sorry that happened and I’m hopeful your not in pain today… physically

@tranquil badge unfortunately the Navajo reservation is pretty sketchy even on the outskirts where I was.
@tranquil badge and even more unfortunately but completely understandable there's a lot of hate and resentment from the Navajo

@jagged kestrel unfortunately that kind of stuff happens a lot on the reservation. I just tried to follow the Golden rule and live by doing right even if that means getting judged for it... I like to say that I'll never help another person but I know I'm lying to myself on that...

Well you are brave and if you do ever bump into someone or see someone and they seem off I suggest this might help, I know it sound a little dramatic but tip for next time if you are in situation like this again is personal is to run to someone's house with a light or the first door you see or car and asked them to call the police, asked them to help you in any way glad you got out t that situation and okay tho

Thanks, Bunnyk I just got taught it when I was younger, so I thought to share it as I thought it can help some people out there and even if you are not in danger you could be as you said, people can be evil and bad and do unspeakable things
