replace the two lines referring to the capture in the AIMRacing.usda to the name of a capture you have taken (rename the AIMRacing.usda if needed)

i don't think i modified anything in the runtime except for ignoring the original skyplane texture and turning off freecam

just to find a good anchor ๐
possibly could attach the same skysphere to both of the 2 sides of the terrain mesh
would probably have to do that for every map though
not hard just a tad tedious
got it set up on all of the mountains ๐
and yeah it's not that hard, just takes a while
just need to figure out why distant terrain turns white during gameplay (and why all terrain is textureless in the toolkit)

opening a capture in omniverses usd composer can help see what is happening, sometimes there are multiple meshes in the same place with different materials etc

could back yours up and try this one
seems that for a lot of meshes when the geometry hash changes it gets the wrong texture and shows up white in the runtime
might be able to tweak the hash rules for more stable geo hashes perhaps
or they are getting the same hash as other meshes or something

ahh dang
what seems to happen is that it has multiple LODs and it's swapping them out. it's actually stable within the changed hashes, it's not random each time
so if we could disable culling and force higher LOD quality, it'd be solid. not sure how though
i also found in the game logs that it's trying to activate a vertex shader for the terrain but it's failing
