change the "fused world-view mode to "in world transform" in the rtx remix menu to make the game work

I did a clean re-install of the game a few days ago so I haven't entered the game yet to create an rtx cfg again but basically you just have to ignore a lot of light textures and lightmaps
and just play with the settings until you get a result you're happy with
I changed a few textures in the RTX menu of the start map (right after the intro) and was able to fully capture the USD. Will add my rtx.conf.
The USD can be opened but the lighting is still off and the 3D Models seem to have low poly? Could be a problem based on the opengl wrapper "QIndieGL"? (ingame is the original D3)
That's just how low poly the models are lol

Normal maps + poly smoothing made that game look higher detailed than it actually was. Pretty amazing how good that game looks even today with just a few cheats
yeah thats true, still looks kinda today, but the mission is to bring it to 2024 with RTX ๐
Can you upload your rtx.conf please? Your lighting looks real good.

nope i used TitaniumGL
Ouh ok did you configure something? cause I tried that aswell but it didnt launch, or i got an error in the console if I remeber correctly
nope but if QIndieGL works for you then just use it, because in most opengl games QIndieGL is better then TitaniumGL
and there is almost no difference between them in terms of how they worked with games (at least for me) so it doesn't really matter
GLDirect works the worst for me
@limber nimbus yeah "GLDirect" was also not working for me, I guess the best will be when RTX Remix supports openGL nativly.

nice logo, although i think you should have reserved an image slot for it before hand
i would say make a new thread with all the instructions, this image and the necessary files required to make the game run
if there's a way without making a thread then sorry i don't know
