im on current remix
so select the asset i want to retexture
Open this workflow
and hit run?
yes
womp womp
ty night
yeah idk, ill use chainer instead if that has a known working system
it does work okay still. you just have to manually replace assets in the toolkit after processing
comfy does it automatically
what is this one for?
thats the new one theyre working on, idk how it works fully
i can run this one by manually loading a texture, i just wanted the conveniance of it linking to Remix
did i miss something in the setup perhaps?
i followed the git instructions...
ive been told this
You tag ports within your ComfyUI workflow and then export it (functionality that comes from our nodepack).,
From Remix you connect to your running ComfyUI server which will give you a list of example workflows (included in our nodepack) + user exported ones.,
Choose your workflow and find the texture port you exposed. Wire up the Remix data Selected Texture Path (Diffuse),
Select the prim(s) that you want to submit jobs for and submit.,
Once the job completes you run the Apply button that is per-job. This essentially runs the ingestion process on the textures and creates the overrides.

ok maybe this is what im missing how do i tell remix to connect to comfy
these are pictures from the nvidia team, like i said idk if its fully implemented
might have to be on most recent toolkit build from git
ohhhhhh
yeah im on Remix 1.36
so how do i find out these details?
i know remix is on port 8021
yeah that's a old build. the latest is 1.4.X
here's the latest actions build
https://github.com/NVIDIAGameWorks/toolkit-remix/actions/runs/22166811425
Might be worth a shot to wipe out the toolkit You're currently using and install the latest dev version.
Have not tried to get it to work though yet Myself that You're currently trying . so You might just get the same error.
worth a shot
sorry it's not workin out rn
all good! i look forward to the day that it does
how does this compare with pbrfusion now
pbrfusion is way ahead in quality, but pbrify is better for lower end hardware
