Hi guys. I tried to install everything according to the instructions, but unfortunately the nvidia rtx remix menu does not appear.
I tried copying the folder to the desktop, installing everything according to the instructions from 'look here first'
I tried to work through omniverse. However, nothing works with sea dogs. I have the official steam version, but I tried the rtx remix trick on different versions of the game and it still didn't help
Note with Portal everything works fine, the menu appears and everything else
I looked at a separate topic dedicated to "Sea dogs to each his own", and installed the wrapper d3d8to9, and did everything according to the instructions there, but when I start the game the rtx remix menu does not appear
Is it possible to solve this problem and what could it be connected with?

Judging by time period of when the guide was made try remix .2, if that works then an update along the way broke compatibility with it, then you could create a GitHub issue with logs and Nvidia can see what they can do
Could also try elishaclouds dxwrapper instead of crosires d3d8to9 wrapper
Thank you for your answer, tell me what I need to do, just unpack the entire archive elishaclouds dxwrapper into the game folder or select the desired d3d9 folder and unpack the files from this folder into the main game folder?
I'm not gonna gurantee this will work but you'll
Take clean sea dogs install
Download remix-0.2.0.zip
From
https://github.com/NVIDIAGameWorks/rtx-remix/releases/tag/remix-0.2.0
Then drag the contents of the zip into root folder of sea dogs
Download d3d8.dll from
https://github.com/crosire/d3d8to9/releases/tag/v1.12.0
Extract into root folder of sea dogs
Run game
And no if you are going to use dxwrapper what you screen shot is the entire unbuild source code, you would download a release from right side of GitHub page and put that zip in root game folder
Thanks, and no, this doesn't work, of course maybe i did something wrong. I record video
No that all looks right no clue
