laptop rtx cards not booting rtx remix

please fix your carb.dll problem with laptop rtx cards! i know it has been brought up for at least a week but still it needs to be fixed, i have seen many people on github have the same issues and it is frustrating that despite having a rtx 3070 in my laptop and being able to run rtx remix games i cannot use the full potential of rtx remix. i

I have a laptop with an RTX 4070 and I have also had this exact same problem. I looked everywhere for a solution.

You might be lucky and be able to start the app by changing the GPU used by the renderer (see the ticket Damien linked).

Otherwise you'll just have to wait for the fix to be merged in a future version of the app!

i found a half workaround (it was the one you mentioned) and it lets me at least get the project setup and file structure made for when i get full access to the proper renderer

Just a quick note: I do sometimes work in the Toolkit on my Laptop with: Ryzen 5 5600H And RTX3050 mobile, And never had an Issue like that, it just worked out of the box, And everything works fine. So, maybe it is just related only to the Intel Integrated Graphics in Laptops? Weird, but when i saw this i thought that i should write here about it, that This does not affect Every Laptop with a RTX card.

I think you’re right, because my laptop also has integrated and dedicated.

i have tried disabling the integrated graphics in my laptop and it still crashes the same, it doesent give an error though, only instant crashing

Uninstall "OpenCL, OpenGL, and Vulkan Compatibility Pack" which comes preinstalled on Windows 11 (unsure about Windows 10.) Recently learnt of this from someone on Discord, now just trying to spread the word.

Is this bug only affecting the Toolkit or also the runtime?
