In main directory (not Bin32), open the system.cfg file with a text editor.
Change the line i_dinputkeys = "1" to i_dinputkeys = "0" and save it.
Alt + X should work now.

I transferred the RTX 3.0 archive files to the root folder of the game, changed i_dinputkeys = "1" to i_dinputkeys = "0", nothing happens anyway.

This is for fixing the alt x issue, looks like your remix is not hooking at all

You should put those in Bin32, and you should get the latest nightly builds using #1132988164814934167 message (or grab from Github actions if you're feeling otherwise)
