Is there a way to apply for a refund? My Pro subscription just renewed automatically again, but it still doesn’t work — the same problem persists. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it on a new computer, but it still won’t function properly. Can I get a refund for the newly renewed 500 credit? I suspect it’s an issue with my account, because a newly registered account works fine. I would like a full refund for the unused 500 credit, and then I will subscribe again on the new account.
