Same problem on the Teams account, SWE-1.5 Free no longer available in the Model Selector from the Teams Settings page, and "disappeared" from my Windsurf UI

Thank God it's a paid resource, because I would have had to look for another IDE.

I only use next, but it was fixed later on.
