##Windsurf/cascade fails to start after IDE restart.

Summary
Windsurf fails to start.

What’s happening
I shut down my windsurf IDE. On restarting it, it always gives the error - "windsurf has failed to start...". This is not the first time this is happening, all the past fixes aren't working, I have tried deleting the cascade folder, uninstalled and deleted the .codeium folder, reinstalled windsurf latest update, still no positive results.

Expected behavior
I should be able to shut down windsurf IDE and restart it with cascade/windsurf starting seamlessly.

OS: Windows 11
Device: HP Elitebook
Windsurf version: 14

This is kind of frustrating, I have tried everything the documentation suggests and I'm still unable to get it to cascade/Windsurf to start.
