This is usually a payment issue. In the past, I would update the payment method and the process would continue.
As you can see, there is currently no way to update the payment method.

Yesterday, the system attempted to make a charge but it failed. Today, I checked the funds on the card and they are there, so I don't understand why the charge failed.

Could you check using another browser? Go to View Invoices, there you should see a list with the invoice history, and if everything went through correctly, today’s invoice should appear as Paid.
