Nope, didn't do anything. All I do was press Ctrl+I, write the prompt, and there's error.

Could folks try this out to help us debug?
- Upgrade to prerelease version 1.5.12
- Create a new empty file and save it
- Toggle developer tools, and open the console tab (set filter to show verbose messages)
- Trigger Codeium Command
- Look for some lines like the one in the second screenshot
