when i click login button,the log will show this. I completely follow the plug-in installed on the official website

This usually means that the language server did not successfully acquire a port to talk to the extension over. Can you DM me your idea.log file?

Locating IDE log files

The easiest way to find the product log file is the Help menu, the item name would depend on the IDE version and OS:
