It might be that you unsing Generic clips for Humanoid rig character
nop, only Humanoid clips
This is a recurring issue with Humanoids. If I recall correctly, some users managed to fix it by removing all Generic clips from their Animator Controller. There's an IK Layer in your Animator, which uses procedural walking from the demo. Try removing that first
I deleted all generic clips for the humanoid, but my upper body stays in the rifle pose, even if I replace it with an override clip.
If I delete Unarmed_Job, I get the same bug. If I replace Run with Job, my character takes a Naruto pose
It doesn’t follow the default animation for unarmed sprint.
If you use a demo controller, ensure that your sprint animation has a FullBodyWeight curve value set to 1
