Ok so searched it out apparently flash player is executed as a MANIFEST file
Which could be why Flash player aint recognizing it
did a little more digging
Convert guru is able to read it
And see what's inside
Not only is it only reading off as game music
BUT
it only works for whatever tf emulator this is @manic pecan
and it's flash version is 15
while my player is 11

Anything you download will have a different save location
Anything that you play through showing the emulator links. That goes into a better segregated folder

I'd like to add a new weapon, like the Dragunov and other weapons from previous games, but of course, with a redesigned look so it looks good in SFH3.
