Same is probably true for Reliability. 1.49e82 damage on burst cannons, but the only non-barriered shot is doing 3e82 initially, reducing the capital at 74010 distance to ~40% hp, and the next shot does 2e82 as expected of an x2 Health amp instead of x2.5.
