#auto battle does not count towards achievement

what achievement? victories commanded? that is intended
command fleet batle victories
intended
'command' is the key word
you actually have to, y'know, go into the battle and run them yourself
Hmm, sounds like this makes the fleet AI upgrades kind of a trap.
:/
they arent meant to get you this achievement
they are meant to improve your runs without you doing squat
Honestly it seems fairly puzzling to set it up this way. Your number of battles per day is limited, and it doesn't seem like there's much practical difference between doing the auto battle vs going to the battle and using the fleet you did last time.
theres already an achievement that works based on raw battles and that these apply to
t is a point of confusion though and not a huge deal so myabe ill change it
just rather defeats the purpose, more or less have 2 identical achievements then with this and the destroy one
errr, not identical, but same means and execution
My objection here is that the game presents options for convenience that are, as I see it, the wrong choice to take. Achievement bonuses aren't big but they do add up.
the auto battles also suck, manually rerunning them is more efficient anyways
That is also a thing, though it looks like the first fleet AI upgrade is supposed to account for that. But, as already established, you need to run the battle manually anyway to get credit towards the achievements, and so the AI upgrade is not a good investment.
those upgrades are not for perfectly imprpvoing things though
they are for "I dont want to manually redo battles"
As a general rule the AI upgrades don't work against you, though.
and these dont
they are better then not manually redoing the battles
- Slowest fleet progress: No ai upgrades, no manually redoing it
- Middle fleet progress: Using AI auto run upgrades
- Fastest fleet progress: Manually doing everything every run
Does 'accept previous best' also not give credit for a manual battle even when that previous best is from something you manually ran in the same 'View battle' session?
it also says 'victories' so you have to run it manually and win the battle I think
accepting previous best isn't technically a win
unless you won again as well, then I think it should
If it doesn't count, that would really suck.
