My game freezes for ~30-60 sec when "saved" with "Auto save to cloud" (screen 1). Also can't get info from cloud save (screen 2).
Freezes disappeared after I turn off cloud saves.
Windows steam, v 0.62.0.4

UPD: Freeze every time when I close the game. Can close game only from TaskManager.
When I open log there is an error:

UPD2: For now Cloud save shows me as outdated save (tomorrow) with "Version null" and game freezes when I try to load/save to cloud or "No Cloud Save found" with freeze if I try "Save to cloud".

Cloud saves seem to be working in general
Did this start specifically on 0.4 for you?
Had you been on 0.3 or at less 62 before?

And what is your cloud account name so I can see if some error there. Can dm it if you want

It starts 29.03 or 30.03 idk what version it was.
My cloud account "deleted". Also same issue on my android (no freezes but I can't load/save to cloud)

Before 28.03 there is no issue with that.

Now I went away for 60 minutes, and when I came back I saw that the game was frozen (not responding) and the last entry in the log was 55 minutes ago.

I try to install game on my fresh android phone.
I download game, launch it and try to logine into my account.
After that it says ""Would you like to load your cloud save? If you do not your cloud save will be overwritten". I press "Yes" and game is completely frozen on this screen and nothing can be done. I wait for 5 mins and force close it.

Only DPI change but it uses my own blacklist. I turn it off, reboot but cloud saves still not work.
I used it a long time and 2000h in USI there is no issues with that.

are you able to load the save that you did on your phone? I'm wondering if it's a one way thing where something stopping the send of the rather large amount of data that is a save.
Make a backup again if you ahvent befor eyou do that though lol ><

OK so something must be blocking the cloud save stuff in general probably due to the size. It can't get the info from the server and it can't send it. But all the other server stuff works.

I just emptied out that cloud save. Will it load info now. Or at least get past that grayed out stage?

It is because the game froze and crashed when it was last closed and it couldn't send data to steam cloud

I turn DPI check off, check saves (don't work), check codes (codes works). Then i turn it on, restart game, check saves (don't work), check codes (codes still works), restart game, trying to load/save again (don't work), then i try to close game, it stop response and crash. I force close game, start again - got steamcloud error, restart steam and now we here

Now i open discord on second PC and can close DPI change on my main.

I'll try to fix it somehow. Since the problem is on my side, I think there's no point in keeping you any longer. Thanks for your help and trying to get to the bottom of the problem and figure it out. The game is really cool and I don't regret donating to it and spending 2,000 hours playing it. And if I can't fix it, I'll just play without cloud saves.

Solved: Not a bug.
Problem with my isp. Manually configured the route to the game server through another ISP and it works.
