Modules do reset on prestige, they just get automatically tiered up if you have made the tier infinite

Since you can't make alien materials infinite, and they don't have tiers, this doesn't apply to them

sadly they don't go infinity (meaning they don't auto upgrade) after you complete Synth challenge again. which is so annoying. Good thing that challenge is a thing of the past for most of us

yes and then you have to manually upgrade all mods when you beat the challenge lol

you could always just do a prestige when you beat a challenge

that will put mods back to where they were
