I never really cared to max out my gray specimen shard between reinforces and even maxed out yellow version before gray. now I went back to 106-108 range to max it out but it doesn't seem to drop at all. even the approximation says "2 seconds" but I can't seem to get any drops at all.

it's count as maxed already just by having the yellow one

and auto discard throws away any that are count as maxed

We checked the code, and looks like that's correct -- if you have Fleet. Which iso1589 has, so no worries there 😂
I just remember testing this toooons when I implemented shard library, and it's not a thing pre-fleet
