#Capital Laser 6th node gives wrong multipliers

update: exploitation bug seems to only occur with capital shard slotted, for some reason.
without capital shard, it properly does x200/x350 to the s94 boss when defensive plating is broken
with capital shard, it does x159 when defensive plating is broken, regardless of which 6th node is selected?
reliability is still always broken?
how were you calculating this?
turned on damage numbers, saw the actual damage of the shot, then divided by the damage stat listed in the core
oh, what if you compare to previous shot with no broken part or other setting etc instead?
like with no capital shard, broken part and vulnerability is properly x350
nonbroken part and reliability is just x1 though
(that's 2.42e22 overlaid behind fighter damage numbers)
with the x6 from cap shard 8 is when it gets weird
I take it your one shotting parts a bit? wondering if maybe defensive plating is behaving oddly or osmething more then the otehr stuff

I cant recreate any of this, reliability works and I get 1.75x out of exploit no matter what I try shard wsise etc

so its any part or no parts, might be interesting to have an all parts too but thats only ever a fighter domination thing
could have one that's multiplied by # of broken parts maybe
but yeah, all parts would be very strict and isn't even guaranteed when you're one shotting everything because of fighter travel time
regarding the damage with the shard--was the capital ship enemy being killed in one hit while defensive plating was down?
it looked in your video like you were 3-shotting the enemy, and if you were testing at that distance with the 6x damage capital shard, you'd be seeing only 3x as much damage
because overkill damage isn't shown in the damage text
hmm, that is true, yeah
are you sure about the overkill thing though? it looks like my random charge lasers show overkill on the swarmers with 7e137 armor
number gets bigger when i switch from rapid prep to big hitter too
